About the event
This course is the next step for students interested in sharpening the skills needed to WIN the encounter. This course will build on the skills learned in Defensive Pistol 1 and do it in a dynamic, kinesthetic way. During DP2, you will be exposed to moving then shooting, shooting while moving, transition to a secondary target, one hand manipulation in and out of the holster including reloads, alternative shooting positions, and an introduction to low light shooting. Students will identify their own deficiencies and begin to build a plan to overcome common scenarios that exist while carrying a firearm. These will help you WIN the encounter.
